About Me
Hi - and welcome. Are you managing career stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, or just trying to feel a little more “you"? I'm Chris - a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, here to help you navigate life’s challenges with warmth and understanding, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT and ACT.
I'll bring compassion, curiosity, and a dash of humour into our work because I believe that healing doesn’t always have to feel clinical. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, which means I’m not afraid to be real, celebrate your wins, and sit in the tough moments with you. Read more about my approach here.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent a decade working in business, and I understand firsthand the pressures of high-stress environments. That experience shaped my appreciation for the toll work-life balance - or the lack of it - can take on our mental health and relationships. It’s also why I’m passionate about supporting professionals dealing with burnout, executives juggling high-performance career demands, and anyone trying to rediscover a sense of purpose amid the chaos.
If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, it's easy to arrange a free "meet-and-greet". This is a low-pressure opportunity for us to discuss your goals, see if we click, and learn how I might support you. Lots of my clients are starting therapy for the first time, and I love to help 'new to therapy' clients find their feet. Click the button below to get started.
